How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for busy times like summer and December. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date, with final payment due three days before setup.
What’s included in the hire process?
We handle everything — delivery, setup, takedown, and collection. You’ll just need to let us know your preferred delivery and collection dates in the booking notes. We normally install marquees Tuesday–Friday and collect Monday or Tuesday.
Can the marquees be used in winter or bad weather?
Yes — our marquees are suitable for year-round use. For colder months, we recommend adding marquee heating and solid flooring to keep the space warm and comfortable. All items are weather-checked and inspected before every hire.
