To give customers peace of mind, we carry out regular inspections on our products, and all electrical equipment is PAT tested. In addition, we hold £10 million in public liability insurance. Our team manages the entire process, from the first enquiry to the final setup. We arrange delivery and installation between Tuesday and Friday before your event, with collections typically taking place on Monday or Tuesday afterwards. We also provide clear guidance during the booking process so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

If you are outside of our usual delivery area, we encourage you to contact us directly – we do our best to accommodate customers wherever possible.
We ask that customers ensure the setup area is accessible and free from obstacles before our arrival. Unfortunately, if we are unable to deliver due to lack of access or insufficient space, we cannot provide a refund.
