Our journey began when we hired event equipment for our child’s birthday, only to find it did not meet our expectations. Determined to offer a better experience, we established Marshall’s Marquees with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Delivery Policy

At Marshall’s Marquees, we are committed to timely and efficient delivery. Delivery costs vary by area and are revealed during the booking process. If you are outside our standard delivery zones, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. In rare cases where delivery isn’t possible due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for your hire costs. However, please note that we cannot cover any additional costs, such as catering or entertainment, incurred by the customer.

To help ensure a smooth setup, please ensure adequate space and accessibility for our products. We ask that you clear the designated setup area of any debris to ensure the safe and timely setup of your marquee. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided if we are unable to deliver due to space or accessibility issues.
